The Makita CL002 uses the latest 40V XGT battery technology to extend both performance and run times. Using a single battery to power the unit makes it much lighter in use, whilst still achieving up to 176 mins of run time per battery. Built-in microchips in both the vac and battery allow for real-time digital communication, actively monitoring heat, overload, and over-discharge. The XGT Charger and Dual Cooling Fans digitally communicate before and during the charging process, evaluating battery condition to deliver a consistent fast charge. 
 
Comes as two options:
2X2.5 contains 2 x 2.5aH batteries and a charger.
2X4 contains 2 x 4aH batteries and a charger.
