Terms & Conditions of sale

All prices shown are trade prices for distribution and are exclusive of VAT and any applicable delivery charges. Cotton & Sons Cleaning Supplies Ltd reserves the right to change prices and specifications without notice. Cotton & Sons Cleaning Supplies Ltd full terms and conditions of sale are available upon request. No part of this publication may be copied, reproduced, scanned, or stored in any electronic database, whether in whole or part, in any form or by any means.

Credit & Pricing

We reserve the right to refuse credit in any circumstance, and credit will only be given once a valid credit application has been received & approved.

Cotton & Sons Cleaning Supplies Ltd standard payment terms for account holding customers are strictly 30 days from date of invoice.

Pricing for customers may vary depending on their spend, payment terms and/or volumes of purchasing from Cotton & Sons Cleaning Supplies Ltd.

Website prices vs catalogue prices may vary depending on the product. At this point, the web site would reflect more up to date pricing and would supersede catalogue pricing.

Delivery & Charges

We deliver to mainland UK only.

Deliveries to Scottish highlands and Islands, and Northern Ireland are subject to surcharges imposed on us by the delivery companies.

We do not export at this time. 

Minimum order is £95 nett (excluding vat). Anything under this value will incur an administration and delivery charge. All deliveries outside of Wales will incur a delivery charge depending on geography and timescales involved.

The charges are; Swansea & Surrounding area £7.50. West Wales, Cardiff & Newport areas £10.00, and the rest Wales, England and southern Scotland £25.00.

Any special or palletised deliveries may incur additional charges.

A next day delivery service is available (subject to available stock) and will incur an additional charge.

Own transport deliveries are run by area depending on volume of orders - usually within 72 hours and an approximate day can be given at time of order. However, should stock not be available from manufacturers/supplier – deliveries can take longer & we endeavor to keep the customer informed. Cotton and Sons are not liable for any consequential loss incurred.

Warranty & Returns

All goods remain the property of Cotton & Sons Cleaning Supplies Ltd until full payment had been made. We reserve the right to collect stock unpaid for & machines/equipment unpaid for.

A minimum 12 months' manufacturer's warranty is given with all machines sold. Machines can be collected/visited by Cotton & Sons Cleaning Supplies Ltd within this period for inspection to determine the outcome of repair.

Any repairs/callouts after this period will be chargeable to the customer under our standard payment terms unless immediate parts are needed, where the customer may be asked to pay pro-forma.
